More Pictures!

Hey all of your Pirates,

Rat Skull hat, quite the luxurious head wear if you ask me ;)

I just wanted to say that I've amp'd up my Pictures page with a whole lot of more goodies!

I've added SO MANY MORE pictures in there so that everyone can enjoy all of the scattered pictures all in one place :).

I've taken the pleasure to categorize the pictures into different categories such as:

I am not done with all of the categories yet, so bear with me ^__^

Of course, I can't really put ALL of the pictures of Pirate101 in the page, though I would recommend if you actually go to Pirate101.com for a WHOLE lot of photos, enough for your hearts content :)

Pirate101 Battle Preview

Hey all of you Pirates,

I dropped by to tell you some exciting news that I stumbled upon while cruising through Mr. J Todd Coleman's Facebook. It seems that he has posted a numerous amount of battle photo's, apparently by popular demand (ain't that the truth ;) )

Here are the amazing shots.

It seems that we also get a preview of some companions as well.

We have Bonnie Anne in this photo at what seems to be a blast attack.

We also get a small glimpse of a couple of other companions on the board, including Subodai and a Bonnie Anne looking fox.

A nice shot at one of the companions, Subodai, attacking a cutthroat shark.

What we can also notice from these pictures is a small sub-heading for each of the companions, describing what kind of warrior they are (ie. Subodai=Horse Barbarian, Bonnie Anne=Fox Musketeer)

Another photo of Subodai and a Cutthroat name Stalkin' Jake McBane, but in this photo, it seems that the shark has blocked Subodai's attacks, an interesting battle feature.

We also get a small glimpse of the Bonnie Anne look alike and what seems to be a bird companion from mooshu.

By the way, have you noticed the number of sharks in the battle field? Quite a bunch of enemies we have here. :)

The forth and final photo doesn't seem to be a battle picture, but instead, a photo of an NPC named Sergeant Shepherd.

We get to have another look at the health globe and other little buttons that are right next to it.

Another thing in this photo is that it reveals the location of this area. It seems to be called The Temple of Gloom.

Interesting name for this area.

With all of these photos posted in one day, I'm getting excited to see what other leaks will be let out before the beta gets released!

Sumo Mole?

Hey There Pirates,

I just got an update photo concept art from J Todd Coleman's Facebook, and it was quite "Huge"

A Photo of a Sumo Water Mole....exactly what it is.

These things look viciously scary...plus they are the coolest looking things ever! They are Mole form wrestlers. If we have to verse these gargantuan beings, I might faint...

If you also notice, there are also concept art of the leave skirts too XD

That is quite hysterical. I can't wait to see how these giant things look 3D.

Ships To Ships

Hey there Pirate Folks,

We got some new news for you in the Pirate101 World!
We got a ship Picture posted by J Todd Coleman himself.

This amazing looking ship is all the Dona Isabella From Monquista.

It seems to be in a ship fight with another ship.

Quite allot being released, and all to be added up to the final release of the beta!

3 Month Blog Anniversary!

Hey all of you pirates. I just wanted to drop by and say that this blog is officially a quarter of a year old! I've been working on this blog since the day Pirate101 was announced, and I've done a ton of work in this blog.

I've managed to make an Twitter account, got to meet a whole lot of new people, and make my website better.

My one and only wish is that if I could buy my own Domain Name, which I really want to do, but since my budget is low and I can't purchase a credit card right now to get one, i'm in a slump.

Other than that, I feel like this site has been growing, with almost 600 page views, over 30 posts, this Blog has accomplished allot :)

With Pirate101 around the corner, I can see this blog (and many other blogs) blossom with information and other goodies!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of those who read my blog, and I'm glad that I can entertain you with my words ^__^

Pirate101 In Game Pictures Galore!

Hey all of you pirates!

I have some great photos for you to see!

In this picture, you can see the character creation screen with Boochbeard.

The starting gear already looks amazing :)

This is a screenshot from the tutorial.

You can see Mr. Gandry telling you how to speed up your ship ^__^

You can take a look into Captain Avery's office in this photo.

ALLOT of emperors attic hoard pack items in there XD

The pull out menu in this photo shows a number of option you can look into.

Notifications, Bag, Your Characters Stats and Whatnot.

In this photo, you can see the menu chat options that you can roll out :)

You can also see a new companion we haven't seen. His name is Wing Chun.

This is an amazing photo on what seems to be the Valencian tomb.

Outstanding design, and pretty cool looking shark companion as well ;)

Pirate101 at Comicon

Hey Fellow Pirates!

Solodo here with extreme news! Pirate101 will have their own stand at Comicon in San Diego with their Alpha Preview!

Too bad I live on the other side of the Country >~<

Anyways, this is an amazing chance for those who live near or even going to comicon, to get a sneak peak at what Pirate101 will be like.

(I hope they will let people take video's and pictures XD)

Can't wait to see what happens there ^__^

While I was reading about how KI tries their best to have a diverse audience in their games like the movies from the producer Pixar, I noticed a picture that I haven't seen before...

A TURTLE LANTERN FLOATING BEAST!!!!!

That is beyond epic! And to imagine this in the actual game?!?! Do you know how great it would be to even talk to this gargantuan being?!

Man, pretty cool ^__^

Make sure you read the interview though, it is really fascinating.

I find it quite cool that pixar influenced KI to make these kind of games ^__^

J Todd Coleman has released new sketches of some potential swashbuckler robes
